Cast Set For Pang-Ghost House Collaboration
Ghost House Pictures (the Sam Raimi company) announced that Kristen Stewart,
Dylan McDermott, Penelope Ann Miller and John Corbett will head the cast of
the untitled horror film coming as the first English based picture from the
Pang brothers. The movie, which started shooting recently in Saskatchewan,
Canada, is written by Mark Wheaton, based on a previous script from Stuart
Beattie which was based an original script by Todd Farmer. The film tells of
an ominous darkness that invades a serene sunflower farm in North Dakota.
The residents of the farm, the Solomon family (Stewart, McDermott & Miller),
are torn apart by suspicion, mayhem and murder.

Sure sounds like Needful Things.
Yeah, and "The Eye" was a lot like "The Sixth Sense". And it was still
fascinating to watch. In fact, in some ways it was a better movie.
